There’s no one “perfect” age for a facelift. Beauty experts agree—it’s less about your number and more about your individual needs. Many people start considering facelifts in their 40s, when skin begins to sag and deeper wrinkles appear. But some opt for it as early as their late 30s. Why? Younger skin tends to be more elastic, which can give longer-lasting, more natural results. That said, it’s not only about age. Visible aging can speed up due to factors like sun exposure, smoking, or even sudden weight loss. If the reflection in the mirror no longer matches how you feel inside—maybe it’s time. In the end, the best time for a facelift is when you feel ready. Just make sure you choose a certified, experienced surgeon who understands your goals.

Hundreds of people camped overnight outside Liverpool's new Sephora store. One person in the queue told the BBC those near the front joined the queue at about 21:00 BST on Wednesday with the store due to open at 09:00 the next day Sephora was previously only an international brand, but has branched out to the UK with stores in Manchester and London. Sephora has promised the first 500 customers through its doors will get a free gift. Gabriel told BBC Radio Merseyside she and her friends had been camped outside the store since 23:30 BST on Wednesday."I haven't slept, I've had one bottle of energy drink, but apart from that, I've actually been ok." Cedra said queuing for eight hours with her friends had been a "fun experience" and she was excited to try the products.
Washing the hair correctly does not consist of rubbing the roots, middle, and ends with shampoo, but of washing the scalp and letting the foam fall through the hair to do the rest. The efforts when depositing the shampoo and directing the fingers should be on the skin of the head. “It is essential to pay attention to the care of the scalp as well as the hair,” says Burillo. “Keep in mind that the scalp secretes sebum and accumulates dirt caused by product residue and dead skin cells. Time matters When implementing this technique, Burillo insists on using the fingertips, massaging gently, and dedicating time for the massage—around one to two minutes. Washing your hair as a formality and without intention is not a good idea․ I can attest that since I have been using this strategy and dedicating more minutes to this technique, my hair stays cleaner longer. “We have to avoid abrupt or linear movements, since doing so will not stimulate well or clean properly,” says Burillo.
